Questions private sellers ask
Is it really free?
Listing, enquiries and viewing tools are free. EasyCasa earns from optional paid services you choose — never a percentage of your sale price.
What documents do I need?
Typically an energy certificate (APE), floor plan (planimetria) and ownership extract (visura). A checklist on the platform will tell you what is needed for your case and keep uploads private.
How does Verified Owner work?
When available, you upload ownership documentation (e.g. visura). After checks, your listing can show a Verified Owner badge so buyers know the listing is genuine and yours.
Who sees my documents?
Moderation only — never the public. Documents used for owner verification are not shown on the listing page.
What is the Verified Buyer badge and who provides it?
It is a financial affordability badge buyers can attach to enquiries. It is provided by Banks4All, a company in the Mundida group alongside EasyCasa — not an independent third party.
Can I also list with an agency?
Yes. There is no exclusivity and no mandate required to publish on EasyCasa.
