After you sign in, each listing can show official OMI zone ranges from the Agenzia delle Entrate next to the asking price. They are zone-level data for that microzone and semester — not a valuation of that specific home.
No. EasyCasa carries your enquiry to whoever published the listing. It does not negotiate the price. Optional paid services are named deliverables at a flat fee, due on delivery — never a percentage of the deal. If we are working for the seller of a property, we will not take your money on that same property.
You pick a slot from the publisher’s real availability — the owner or the agency — and they confirm. EasyCasa provides the booking tools; the visit is between you and them.
