Next to every asking price we show the official market value range for the zone, drawn from the OMI data of the Agenzia delle Entrate. You see how a price compares to the market before you enquire.
Fixed prices, not percentages
Sellers pay no commission. Professional photos, the energy certificate (APE), document checks, assistance: each service has a fixed price shown before you order.
