The authenticity pact
What we ask in return
EasyCasa’s value — for you and for buyers — depends on listing quality. The rules are few, clear and the same for everyone.
- You publish only properties for which you have a real mandate.
- You reply to enquiries within 48 hours.
- You withdraw a listing within 5 days of sale or mandate revocation.
- You confirm listing availability with one click every 30 days (automatic if you use the feed).
- You manage EasyCasa client viewings in the built-in diary.
Listing visibility criteria and suspension rules are documented and transparent: no penalty without a written reason and a right of reply.
Straight talk
Three things we tell you upfront
1 · We are new. Buyer traffic is growing zone by zone: that is why the pilot is free and geographically focused. You risk an XML feed, not a subscription.
2 · Budget attestation is from our group. Budget verification is provided by Banks4All, a Mundida group company like EasyCasa. No buyer financial documents reach you or us: only status, band and validity.
3 · One day we will earn. After the pilot we will introduce optional paid services. Founding-partner terms will be communicated first, in writing, with no auto-renewals.
